The conference will be 2 full days and one morning, on March 18, 19 and 20, 2009.
First day (Wednesday): Registration followed by a plenary session in the morning. Parallel sessions in the afternoon.
Second day (Thursday): Parallel sessions and a poster session.
Third day (Friday): Parallel sessions in the morning and closing speech.

Announcement of the program by: 1 February 2009
The conference will open with welcoming speeches by the Presidents of MEEA, UNSA and IUM. The two directors of CEMAFI and HFRI will intervene in a more academic way on the themes of the conference.
The remainder of the conference will consist of concurrent sessions organized around a number of relevant themes. Development of the themes and detail within each theme will be determined by the Program Committee more precisely.
